The Mocktail Guy Presents a Sip & Run, Walk, or Roll: An All-Abilities 5K and Fun Run

Sip & Run, Walk or Roll — An All-Abilities Fall 5K

Run it. Walk it. Roll it. Sip along the way!

Join Generations Adult Day Services on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at the Doran Arboretum in Murray, Kentucky for Sip & Run, Walk or Roll — An All-Abilities Fall 5K!

This isn't about being the fastest across the finish line. It's about movement, inclusion, community, and having a whole lot of fun while supporting a great cause. Runners, walkers, wheelchair and mobility-device users, families, and participants of all ability levels are welcome.

Not up for a 5K? That's ok! We have a 1-mile fun run!

Along the scenic fall course, participants can enjoy nonalcoholic mocktail samples courtesy of The Mocktail Guy, making this a journey with a little extra flavor along the way!

Schedule:

7:45 AM — Registration & Check-In

9:00 AM — 5K Begins

9:15 AM --- Fun Run Begins

Proceeds benefit Generations Adult Day Services, a nonprofit serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, cognitive impairments, aging-related needs, and complex medical needs. Following a devastating fire in 2025, Generations is rebuilding its Murray center and working toward reopening its doors.

Your registration helps us get one step—or roll—closer to bringing our people home.

Come for the 5K. Stay for the community. Move at your pace. Everyone belongs here.

Known. Valued. Supported.
