The Bell Ringer Trail Run is an annual trail race held at Montgomery Bell State Park in Burns, TN, featuring 50K, 25K, and 15K distances on one of the best trail networks in the Nashville area. All proceeds benefit the Friends of Montgomery Bell State Park, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
