The High Knob Hellbender 10K is a challenging approximately 6.2-mile road race in Southwest Virginia that climbs more than 2,000 feet in elevation from downtown Norton to the 4,200-foot High Knob summit in the Jefferson National Forest, the highest point in the Cumberland Mountains.
