About This Race

The Egg Nog Slog 1 Mile All Star Classic is a fun run held at South Mountain Reservation where participants chug 8 oz of egg nog and run/hike a 1/4 mile loop, repeated 4 times for a total of 1 mile and 32 oz of egg nog consumed. Participants choose between Dairy and Non-Dairy divisions and must bring their own nog and cup.
