8-8:45 a.m. - 5K Run registration

9 a.m. - Timed 5K Run start

9:30 a.m. - Walk registration/kids' activities begin

10:30 a.m. - Superhero Sprint

10:45 a.m. - Opening Ceremonies and Walk

1 p.m. - Event concludes
