Prize money
At the top of every hour: including the 1st, we place a $100 bill in a clear container for all runners to see. This continues every hour as a new yard begins. The last runner to complete a yard and the 2nd to last runner split the accumulated prize money, 75% to the winner, 25% to the runner-up. There is no limit to how large the prize can grow.
