Amazon 2026 Pro Bono Wellness Distance Challenge

We're excited to bring back the 2026 Pro Bono Wellness Distance Challenge! Compete individually and as DZ-direct teams to rack up miles through running, walking, biking, or swimming, plus earn mile equivalents through meditation, yoga, team sports, or gym workouts. The challenge runs October 26-30, with daily activity tracking through our challenge dashboard. All activities count equally toward team standings - whether you're hitting the trails or the yoga mat.

Running/Walking/Hiking: 1 mile = 1 mile

Biking: 4 miles = 1 mile equivalent

Swimming: 1/4 mile = 1 mile equivalent

Yoga/Meditation/Stretching: 15 minutes = 1 mile equivalent

Gym Workout: 15 minutes = 1 mile equivalent

Team Sports: 15 minutes = 1 mile equivalent

Mental Health Break: 15 minutes = 1 mile equivalent

Daily Water Goal: 8 glasses = 1 mile equivalent
