East Coast Adventures is a race organization based in Tennessee that produces a variety of running events including 5Ks, fun runs, ultra festivals, backyard ultras, and mountain ultras across East Tennessee. They also host the Dirt and Vert Podcast and field a competitive ECA Running Team.
