Overview:
Embark on the first leg of the Northeast Ultra 8 (NEU8) challenge with a traverse of the Taconic Crest Trail, culminating at Mount Greylock—the highest point in Massachusetts. This self-supported group run offers a mix of forested paths, open ridgelines, and panoramic views. While the trail is demanding, it's a perfect introduction to the NEU8 series, allowing runners to experience the beauty and challenge of the Northeast's terrain.
