South Mountain ThrowDown *Lite is a grassroots 10-hour timed event held at South Mountain YMCA in Reinholds, PA, where participants stack laps on an approximately 2.5-mile repeatable course featuring roughly 660 feet of climb per loop. It serves as a test run for a planned full 24-hour South Mountain ThrowDown event the following year.
