The 19th Annual Run4Life 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run is back! Lace up with us to support the Prisma Health Cancer Institute and bring hope to our community.

Cancer doesn't take a day off, and neither do we! Every dollar raised stays local, helping those bravely battling cancer right here in Greenville.

5K Run/Walk

Run or walk 3.1 miles in the fight against cancer.

8:45 AM

1 Mile Run/Walk

A shorter fun run/walk option for all ages. Final call is at 8:40 AM.

10:00 AM · FREE

Kids Fun Run

A 1/4-mile (400m) fun run for the kids. Free to enter.

Prices increase after November 1, 2026. Register now!

Packet pickup opens and race day registration

Morning warm-up presented by the YMCA of Greenville

National Anthem and final call for the 1 Mile Walk

1 Mile Walk starts

5K Run/Walk starts

1/4 Mile Kids Fun Run starts on the field (heats by age, set by final registration numbers)

Become a top fundraiser, or create or join a fundraising team today. Here's how to get started during registration:

1. Go to the race page and select Sign Up.

2. Enter the participant's information and select Continue.

3. Select Become a Fundraiser.

4. Create your individual fundraiser by entering a fundraiser name, your fundraising goal, and a message describing your fundraiser.

5. Create or join a fundraising team. To create a team, enter the team name, fundraising goal and a message describing the team. To join a team, select an existing fundraising team.

6. Choose a donation level if you would like to make a personal donation toward your fundraiser, and select who the donation is being made on behalf of.

7. Select Continue and complete your race registration.
