Join us for a fun Labor Day weekend race at William Heritage Winery! 

Choose one of 3 Amazing Events: 5K Race, 1 Mile Kids Race (Ages 14 & under), or 1 Mile Walk 

Enjoy the beautiful vineyard with country views and finish with award-winning wines which are produced on this one-of-a-kind property. More than a race...a celebration with friends & family with a fun, relaxing atmosphere, and live music at the finish and after-party! Perfect for beginners and all levels of runners!

Race Highlights…

Scenic 5K Trail Course is mainly vineyard manicured trails with rolling hills.

Chip-timed 5K and Kids 1 Mile Races with instant results and awards

One Mile Kids Race and One Mile Walk start at 8:30 AM. Same one mile course for both.  

5K Race starts at 9 AM. Race announcements start at 8:45 AM.

5K Awards for Top 3 Male and Female Overall and Age Group Winners (Age 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, and every 10 yrs.)

1 Mile Kids Awards for Top 3 Male and Female Winners (Ages 1-9, 10-12, 13-14 yrs)

Water station and friendly supportive course marshals

Water and bananas at the Finish Line.

5K Course Map to be available prior to race. Custom designed and well-marked.

More than a Race…

Gene Shepherd - Live musician performing immediately following race from 9:45am - 12 noon

On-site Food Trucks will be Buon Viaggio Wood Fired Pizza and Blended Pig Smoothie

Relaxing setting overlooking the vineyard and beautifully landscaped outdoor and patio areas

Walkers and children welcome to participate in 5K or 1 Mile.SPECIAL PRICING - Children receive a discount during 5K registration (wine ticket not included for minors)  

Registration required to participate for safety of all participants. 1 Hour Time Limit kindly requested for 5K. To participate in both the one mile and 5K Courses, registration required separately for each distance.  

1 Mile Walkers start at 8:30 AM. 5K Walkers start at 9 AM behind the pack of runners for safety purposes. 

Race is Rain or shine. No refunds or deferrals.

Packet Pick Up on Race day @ 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM at the "Good Day for a Run" Tent behind the winery **1 Milers should be checked-in by 8:15am

Important Details:

One Mile Walk includes a race bib, shirt, ticket for glass of wine, and stemless wine glass. Walk begins at 8:30am immediately following Kids One-Mile Race. Register by Aug. 23 to guarantee a shirt.

One Mile Kids Race designed for kids 14 & under who prefer shorter than a 5K Race. Race bib, shirt, juice box, and finisher medal included. Parents permitted to accompany child without needing to register for the one mile only. Race starts at 8:30am.  Please register for the kids race by Aug. 23 to guarantee first choice of shirt size. Many extras ordered and available while supplies last after Aug. 23. 

Parent and Child both are required to be registered to be on the 5K course for the safety of all participants. To upgrade from One Mile to 5K, an added fee is required. To participate in both the one mile and 5K Courses, registration required separately for each distance.
