A Race Rooted in Friendship & Community

Before Shoes & Brews opened its doors, we dreamed of pairing running with local beer. Left Hand Brewing said yes to our very first run club — and even covered the beer tab! That moment kicked off a decade-long friendship, countless miles, and one of our favorite traditions: the Sole Mates 5K.

This race is our way of celebrating the people, partnerships, and pints that helped get us here.
